Returns and Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns, however most items are eligible for exchange.

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom orders or items of any custom natures are exempt from being exchanged.

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you require a different size and/or color we are happy to exchange for you. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition. Please keep original packaging to ship the item back. Send us an email at upsideoverdesigns@gmail.com to request an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
